Janice Hepburn is an independent consultant who is passionate about helping mission-focused organizations launch new initiatives. Janice is working with Every Cure to build a solid foundation internally and externally to get new projects moving quickly.
Prior to Every Cure, Janice spent six years building and leading operations, program management, and data systems at the Austere environments Consortium for Enhanced Sepsis Outcomes (ACESO). ACESO is a fast growing U.S. Government funded international clinical trials network focused on sepsis. Before that, she managed large scale system implementations at Radiant Systems and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in multiple industries, and developed consulting practices at Radiant Systems and Arthur Andersen San Antonio. She also spent five years working hands-on with refugees in the U.S. and abroad.
Janice’s for-profit, non-profit, and U.S. Government work has included a high degree of technical and organizational complexity, uncertainty, and diverse partner relationships. She is especially skilled at understanding a situation, designing paths forward, and guiding successful execution.
Janice earned her B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
