Elizabeth A. Dale, Ed.D., is a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at Every Cure. In this role, she is advising on key elements to build Every Cure’s Development Program from the ground up, focusing on aligning strategy to secure principal and transformational gifts and fostering a culture of philanthropy within Every Cure’s ecosystem.
Dr. Dale is a mission-driven, entrepreneurial-minded C-suite executive who has cumulatively raised $1.6 billion for three prestigious non-profit organizations: the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Drexel University, and Thomas Jefferson University/Jefferson Health. After serving for 20 years as an EVP and Chief Development Officer, she spent almost two years as the Chief Business Development Officer for StartUp Health. In 2024, she launched Chilmark Philanthropic Advisors, LLC, a firm specializing in guiding both non-profits and philanthropists through the complex landscape of philanthropy.
Dr. Dale holds an Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, is a long-standing member of the NACD, and is NACD Directorship Certified. In 2022, she was honored for her career in philanthropy by Rutgers University’s LEAP Academy as the Alfredo Santiago Endowed Scholarship Gala Honoree. She has served on numerous non-profit boards and on the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s CEO Council. Previously, for approximately two years, she worked with Drs. David Fajgenbaum and Grant Mitchell as a volunteer on Every Cure’s Advisory Board.
