Noelle Harada, MPH, is an External Affairs Associate at Every Cure, where she focuses on fostering strategic partnerships, shaping policy initiatives, and enhancing development and communications efforts. Before joining Every Cure, Noelle served as a fellow on the Science and Policy team in the Office of the U.S. Surgeon General during the Biden-Harris Administration. In this role, she was a lead contributor to several high-profile scientific advisories and supported external scientific communications. Noelle’s professional expertise lies at the intersection of public health and public policy. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.
