Noelle is the Medical & Patient Engagement Lead at Every Cure, where she focuses on connecting the organization’s scientific programs to meaningful external impact. She leads efforts to translate prioritized drug–disease opportunities into thoughtful engagement with patients, clinicians, and the broader medical community. Noelle also partners with communications and external stakeholders to ensure that Every Cure’s research is shared in a responsible, timely, and accessible way.
Before joining Every Cure, Noelle served as a fellow on the Science and Policy team in the Office of the U.S. Surgeon General during the Biden-Harris Administration. In this role, she contributed to several high-profile scientific advisories and supported external scientific communications. Noelle’s professional expertise lies at the intersection of public health and public policy. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.
