Mary Zuccato, MBA, is the Chief Operating Officer of Every Cure. She is a seasoned leader in the finance and nonprofit sectors, with extensive experience in senior management positions at both the Castleman Disease Collaborative Network (CDCN) and Vanguard.
Since 2020, Mary has been the Executive Director of the CDCN, a title she continues to hold. She has served the organization in various capacities since 2014, initially becoming involved to support Dr. David Fajgenbaum in the search for a cure for his own rare disease. She is now dedicated to serving the Castleman disease and broader rare disease community through biomedical research, drug repurposing and patient support.
Prior to joining Every Cure, Mary was a Senior Manager at Vanguard in the Corporate Strategy division. She spent 13 years at Vanguard, leading teams across various business lines, as well as shared service functions including Marketing, Finance, IT, and HR.
Mary earned her BS and MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
