Martha Gakunju is the People Operations Associate at Every Cure, where she supports internal communications, project coordination, and people operational systems across the organization. She previously worked at Good Party and Gifted Savings, two early-stage tech startups focused on social impact.
Prior to Every Cure, Martha worked in people operations at two nonprofit tech startups, Good Party and Gifted Savings. She served as the first dedicated People Operations team member, helping build core HR systems and processes, implement company-wide tools, and strengthen internal operations during periods of high growth. At Gifted Savings, she supported operations and organizational development during its early stages.
Martha earned her B.A. in Health & Societies, Global Health, from the University of Pennsylvania. At Every Cure, she’s excited to bridge her passion for public health with her previous experience to advance the mission of expanding access to life-saving treatments.
