
Patricia Brennan is Vice President of Science Technology and General Manager of Science at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI). In this role, she helps steward the teams, programs, tools, and operations that support CZI’s mission to help scientists cure, prevent, or manage disease. Her work focuses on building and maintaining technology platforms, grants and collaborative programs that enable research at the intersection of biology and AI.
Before CZI, Patricia held product and platform leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Clarivate, working across academic, life sciences, and intellectual property domains. Earlier, she served the nonprofit and academic communities as a Program Officer at the Association of Research Libraries and as a Communications & Program Manager at the Harvard University Library.
Patricia holds an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the Catholic University of America and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park. She also mentors teams and emerging leaders as a product coach and advisor.
