Jacqueline Grace

Jacqueline Grace brings three decades of non-profit and corporate leadership experience, including work in the fields of international affairs and development, education and technology, and health and nutrition, among others. She holds a deep passion for mission-driven work and leverages her strategic development and relationship-building skills to advance the impact of organizations and their leaders. Jacqueline began her nonprofit journey in progressive executive leadership roles, most recently from the Global Chief Development and Communications Officer at the United Nations-accredited World Conference on Religions for Peace International, the executive director role at the United Nations Global Compact Network USA, and from Keep America Beautiful, where she served as Chief Development Officer. Ms. Grace’s portfolio included working with multi-national corporations, international government agencies, national and global foundations, individual donors, national and local affiliates, and other constituents to build and enhance partnerships, launch strategic initiatives, and grow and diversify revenue streams. Grace performed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where she played varsity basketball and rowed lightweight crew. Most recently, Ms. Grace has returned to the University of Pennsylvania to obtain her Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics as a member of its Leadership Coaching Cohort and with concentrations in Sustainable Development and Executive Leadership Coaching. In both her personal and professional lives, Grace takes to heart the question posed by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “What are you doing for others?”
